Matt Kazman is a filmmaker from Toronto who lives, works, and occasionally sleeps in Brooklyn. He has written and directed videos for MTV, CollegeHumor, Vox Media, and Refinery 29, among others. His short film “Flagpole” was nominated for a Student Academy Award and featured on Short of the Week. His independent pilot “Love’s A Bitch” screened at the New York Television Festival and was developed into an online series for Bedrocket Media. This past year, he directed a show for MTV called “Middle of the Night Show” and his short film “Hasta La Vista” was an official selection at the Just For Laughs Festival, Austin Film Festival, and IFFBoston. It was also selected as a Vimeo Staff Pick. His new film “KILLER” is an official selection at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
