Ben Altarescu is an award winning Brooklyn based filmmaker and graduate of NYU’s Tisch Film School. He has directed commercials and digital content for Bon Appetit, The New York Times, Spotify, L’Oreal, Reebok, Ford, GQ, Conde Nast Traveler, and Wired, among others. His most recent film, “The Book of Lone Peak”, tells the story of a Mormon high school basketball team, and was the #1 selling Short Film on iTunes for several weeks after its release. His producing credits include shorts and features that have played at Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca, among other festivals around the country.
